SAIDCH aims to introduce an AI-enabled project governance framework to support transparency, accountability and improved oversight in infrastructure project development and implementation.

The proposed framework will help participating institutions monitor project performance, identify risks and improve access to relevant project information.

Supporting officials in understanding and using technology for project oversight.

SAIDCH and the South African Economic Rail Corridor (SAERC) initiative remain subject to ongoing stakeholder engagement, feasibility assessments, regulatory processes, institutional alignment, and applicable public-private participation frameworks.
