SAIDCH does not finance infrastructure projects.

SAIDCH prepares strategic infrastructure projects for investment by coordinating governments, project sponsors, investors, technical specialists and implementation partners through a structured investment facilitation framework.

Rather than acting as a contractor, consultant or investor, SAIDCH serves as an independent platform that improves project bankability, facilitates collaboration, and connects investment-ready opportunities with credible funding partners across Africa

SAIDCH and the South African Economic Rail Corridor (SAERC) initiative remain subject to ongoing stakeholder engagement, feasibility assessments, regulatory processes, institutional alignment, and applicable public-private participation frameworks.
